ARDVENTURE PDPPL EXPLICIT CONSENT TEXT
All personal data you share with us is processed and protected by ARDVENTURE Gayrimenkul İşletmeciliği ve Ofis Yönetim Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi (“ARDVENTURE”) in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”) and other legislation, as explained in the PDPPL CLARIFICATION TEXT presented to you.
Except for the cases regulated in the second paragraph of Article 5 and the third paragraph of Article 6 of the Law, your personal data may be processed by us only if you give your explicit consent, limited to the processing purposes. You consent to the processing of your personal data specified in this PDPPL Explicit Consent Text and PDPPL CLARIFICATION TEXT submitted for your approval, limited to the specified activities and processing purposes.
