In order to benefit from the incentives and tax advantages of Law No. 5746, an R&D project is required. You can apply to TEKMER without an R&D project, but you must present an R&D project to benefit from these incentives.

You can rent fixed tables and chairs in the common area of ARDVENTURE without benefiting from the TEKMER advantages.

ARDVENTURE TEKMER. In order to benefit from the tax advantages, it is necessary to rent a ready-made office or a fixed desk chair.

You can work with an R&D project for a maximum of 36 months.

The sections that are found to be unsuitable for the project will be revised.

ARDVENTURE TEKMER has a strong financial ecosystem that can help entrepreneurs find investment. It offers entrepreneurs investment opportunities through Venture Capital Investment Partnership (VCIT), Venture Capital Investment Fund (VCIF) and crowdfunding companies working with SPK approval.

ARDVENTURE TEKMER's investment mechanisms (GSYO, GSYF and crowdfunding companies) generally invest in start-ups that have made their first sale, completed market validation and offer a scalable business model. Instead of early-stage projects, companies that have gone through the MVP process, received customer feedback and have demonstrated growth potential are considered for investment.

R&D projects within TEKMER can find investment opportunities from ARDVENTURE GSYO and ARDVENTURE GSYF upon request. At the same time, our companies that have successfully completed their projects will have an advantage in commercialization through our pioneering and strong collaborations in this sector.
