When did Crowdfunding system regulate officially in Türkiye?
On October 3, 2019, the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB) published the Equity-Based Crowdfunding Statement (III – 35/A.1) in the Official Gazette.
This statement sets forth the procedures and principles regarding equity-based crowdfunding, the inclusion of crowdfunding platforms in the CMB’s list, their operational guidelines, the public fundraising process through equity-based crowdfunding, and the supervision and control of whether the raised funds are used in accordance with their declared purposes.

What do I get when I invest?

Your shares are electronically recorded and monitored by the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye, which provides custody, data storage, reporting, corporate governance and investor services to its members in the Türkiye capital markets.
How can I track my equities after the deals?
All companies listed on our platform can be tracked and viewed for at least 5 years through both our platform and the Corporate Governance and Investor Relations Portal provided by the Central Securities Depository of Türkiye (MKK). This portal enables fast, continuous, reliable, and standardized information exchange between companies, their shareholders, and other investors via internet, electronic communication, and mobile applications.
Where is my investment kept?
Your investments in the projects and startups listed on the ARDVENTURE Crowdfunding Platform are held in TakasBank, a subsidiary of Borsa Istanbul, which acts as the escrow agent during the campaign period defined in advance and published on the campaign page.
If the campaign is successful, the funds are transferred to the startup you invested in. If the campaign fails, TakasBank refunds your entire investment to you.
Who are the members of the investment committee?
The members of the Investment Committee are individuals who meet the qualifications defined by the Crowdfunding Statement of the Capital Markets Board of Türkiye (CMB).
The committee consists of members holding credentials such as a Level 3 Capital Markets Activities License, an Individual Participation Investor (Angel Investor) License, or serving as a Board Member of the Platform, among other relevant qualifications.
