Strategic Cooperation Between ARDVENTURE and Astana Hub

The foundations of a new era in technology, investment, and entrepreneurship are being established between Türkiye and Kazakhstan.
The strategic partnership between ARDVENTURE YATIRIM HOLDİNG A.Ş. and Astana Hub, Kazakhstan’s international innovation hub, was officially formalized during GITEX AI Kazakhstan 2026 held in Almaty.
The signing ceremony, attended by Kazakhstan’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, Zhaslan Madiyev, marked the official signing of the Memorandum of Understanding by Astana Hub CEO Magzhan Madiyev and Arda Ödemiş, Chairman of the Board and CEO of ARD Group Information Technologies and CEO of ARDVENTURE.
The agreement represents more than a collaboration between two organizations; it is regarded as the first concrete step of a long-term strategic vision aimed at integrating the entrepreneurial ecosystems of Türkiye and Kazakhstan.
Within the scope of the agreement, both parties plan to enhance qualified startup deal flow between the two countries, create joint investment opportunities, and launch collaborative acceleration and incubation programs designed to support startups from early-stage development to scaling processes.
In addition, the partnership aims to establish a comprehensive ecosystem structure that facilitates entrepreneurs’ access to international markets, strengthens knowledge and experience exchange, and enhances technology-driven collaborations.
One of the key pillars of this partnership is the “Tech Embassies” model. Through this framework, the parties aim to support cross-border entrepreneurial activities, strengthen innovation diplomacy, and establish sustainable connections between technology ecosystems. The model is also expected to expand beyond Türkiye and Kazakhstan into the broader Central Asia and MENA regions in the future.
Commenting on the partnership, Astana Hub CEO Magzhan Madiyev stated:

ARDVENTURE Chairman and CEO Arda Ödemiş also shared his remarks:

The signed memorandum is expected to generate new opportunities for startups, investors, technology companies, and development organizations while contributing to the growth of a shared innovation ecosystem across the Turkic world.
The event was also organized within Kazakhstan’s declared “Year of Artificial Intelligence” vision, highlighting the country’s increasing international focus on investments in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and technology infrastructure.
